Bruce Arias is the Senior Lending Officer of the bank overseeing all lending functions of both commercial and consumer credit facilities. Mr. Arias is responsible or the implementation of the bank’s credit policies and risk management processes. Mr. Arias has more than 13 years of banking experience, beginning his career with JP Morgan Chase, as a Licensed Personal Banker in 2007. Mr. Arias joined Commodore Bank in 2015.

Haley Taylor has worked in banking around Licking, Fairfield, and Perry County for 20+ years. She began her banking career in 1995 and expanded her banking knowledge by holding numerous positions such as Banking Office Manager, Sales Manager, and Mortgage Loan Officer as well as Consumer Lending Specialist. Haley has earned several licenses and certificates including Lending and NMLS certification. She is currently a Senior Lending Officer within Commodore Bank. She resides with her family in Thornville, Ohio. Haley is actively involved in our local community attending events and participating in the Buckeye Lake and Licking County Chamber of Commerce. She enjoys speaking with Youth Groups on building a solid financial future.
Stefanie Ailes has been in Banking in Fairfield and Licking County for 14 years. She has expanded her banking knowledge by holding numerous positions within the bank such as Office Manager, Personal Banker, and Branch Manager. She is currently the Branch Manager and Loan Specialist at our Hebron Office.
Julia A. Landis is the President and Chief Executive Officer and Director of Commodore Financial Network, Inc./Commodore Bank. She works with the Board of Directors and Leadership to craft and execute the Company’s strategic plan. Mrs. Landis is also responsible for motivating and driving the bank team members for accountability and performance. She joined the bank in 2001 and previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mrs. Landis holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license having worked for Crowe Chizek & Co. 1996-1999; Great commission Ministries 1999-2001. Mrs. Landis graduated from University of Dayton in 1996 and the Graduate School of Banking in 2007.
Melissa McKinnon is the Branch Administration Officer of the bank where she oversees all aspects of the bank’s branch functions of staff management, deposit functions, operations, customer relationships, and facility management. Ms. McKinnon brings more than 30 years of banking experience to the Bank, beginning her career with Chase Bank of Ohio. Ms. McKinnon joined Commodore Bank in 2012.
